EMCP strives to work with the highest market security standards to protect personal data from unauthorized access. Personal data, payment details and order information are protected by appropriate security systems during transfer and storage. The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively based on the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
Your contact with us
If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
For processing a contract, the following data will also be stored by us: customers/clients/suppliers, name(s) of the governing bodies (company and legal form), address, contact details, tax number/UID, registration number at the competent registration court, bank details, name(s) of the competent (factual) agents. The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the execution of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties.
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR. You agree that personal data such as full name, date of birth, address, gender, e-mail address, telephone number and mobile phone number are processed and stored for the purpose of personalization and processing of future visits and mutual contact etc. by EMCP. The personal data you enter on the Internet will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties outside EMCP. For credit assessment, data may be exchanged with service companies. The storage of e-mail addresses and contact data (for e-mail traffic) takes place at a service company (“order data processor”). The agreement(s) with order data processors are stored in our data processing directory and can be viewed by you.
A change of the data stored by EMCP from you and about you is possible at any time. You can check the data we have stored about you at any time. You retain control over all personal data that you provide to us online.

reCAPTCHA
We use the reCAPTCHA service to protect your requests via the Internet form. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This service is used to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other Google data. The deviating data protection provisions of Google apply to this data. Google Fonts
We use fonts from Google Fonts, represented in Europe by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for the uniform presentation of our website. The fonts are integrated locally, i.e. no connection is established to Google servers, which means that no data is transferred or stored on Google servers. However, it should be noted that third-party tools, especially Google services (reCaptcha, YouTube, etc.), may use Google Fonts. In these cases, the IP transmission takes place via these services and is necessary to perform their function (see points of this privacy policy reCAPTCHA and YouTube).
YouTube
Our website embeds videos using the provider YouTube LLC , 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This means a connection to YouTube servers, thus to USA-based servers, is enabled and third-party content is displayed on our website. We use YouTube’s own embedding method of the “privacy enhanced mode”. Although this means that, according to Google’s privacy policy, no more personal data is stored (unless you watch the video), our website nevertheless contacts the Google service “DoubeClick” via YouTube in the process. When playing the video, your IP address is sent to YouTube’s servers, YouTube can see which of our sites you have been visited and YouTube registers the playback initiated by you. If you are also registered with an account on YouTube (“logged in”), this information is assigned to your user account.

To protect the transmission of confidential content and for security reasons, our website uses SSL encryption.
